1.概要(Summary )
In order to improve the long-term stability of silver nanowires (AgNWs) transparent conductivity electrodes (TCEs), we use a facile method to synthesis reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and coat the rGO layer onto AgNWs TCEs to protect AgNWs from atmosphere corrosion.
2.実験(Experimental)
The Raman-touch VIS-NIR-OUN (S19) was used to explore the surface chemical status of GO layer before and after reduction. Through increasing the reduction time, the intensity variations of D-band and G-band of rGO were evaluated.
3.結果と考察(Results and Discussion)
As shown in Figure 1 (line: redgreenpurpleblue), we found that the intensity ratio of D-band to G-band kept decreasing which indicated that the recovery of sp2 band in GO layer may be triggered and the recovery situation was enhanced with the reduction time extending. However, the current finding is contrary to previous studies which have suggested that the sp2 band in rGO layer was damaged during the reduction, which lead to the increasing intensity ratio of D-band to G-band. Therefore, the obtained results need further confirmations.
A rapid increase was found in the GO/AgNW/PET TCEs after 40s reduction in Figure 1(line: black). This result reflects that the structural damage of GO film was caused by the excessive reduction energy.
