1.概要(Summary )
Platinum nanoclusters (Pt NCs) consisting of a few to several tens of atoms exhibit molecule-like behaviors such as photoluminescence due to quantum size effect. Here, we synthesized fluorescent aqueous Pt NCs by a facile and versatile method using polyethyleneimine (PEI) as a stabilizing agent.
2.実験(Experimental)
Pt NCs were prepared by a facile and versatile method using PEI as stabilizer. The oxide state of Pt NCs was identified by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) (Pass energy 80 eV and 20 eV).
3.結果と考察(Results and Discussion)
XPS analysis was carried out to identify the oxide state of Pt NCs. As shown in Fig. 1, the and 4f5/2 BEs of Pt NCs are at 72.4 and 75.9 eV, which is belong to the range of Pt(0)4f7/2, (71.3-72.4 eV). Thus, the oxide state of our Pt NCs is 0, which means our Pt NCs were reduced to zero state.
