1. Summary
Polystyrene nanoparticles can be internalized into A431 cells however exactly percentage and location of them is unknown. Therefore this research will be focused on the cellular uptake of polystyrene nanoparticles (PS NPs) based on measurement fluorescent intensity of nanoparticles which is intracellular localized by flow cytometry method. It is also focus on determination of location of PS NPs on A431 cells by confocal microscope

2. Experimental
Cell analyzer SP6800 was used to anaysis cellular uptake ratio of green fluorescent labelled PS NPs
Confocal microscope Leica was used to determine location of PS NPs which labelled with green fluorescent whereas cell membrane and nucleus were stained with WGA594 (red color) and DAPI (blue color), respectively

3. Results and Discussion
We were determined percentage of cells containing PS NPs

We were also determined PS NPs entered the A431 cells and located in cytoplasm

4. Others
I have received helpful supports from Mr. Hattori and Ms. Morita in training to operate cell analyzer machine and confocal microscopy.
