1.概要(Summary )
We want to Culture 3d artificial neuronal network. Recent Studies show that EM waves have significant effect to induce the neuronal cell migration, proliferation and differentiation by rapid activation of various proteins and miRNAs play vital role in to the cell division, growth and development. We want to study the effect of Electromagnetic waves with different frequencies and time latencies, when applied on the neuronal culture.
I am still under the training procedure how to maintain 3d neuronal cell culture and imaging and staining of cell organelles.
2.実験(Experimental)
I am still under the training procedure how to maintain different animal cell culture and imaging and staining of cell organelles. But during my training I performed some experiment listed below.
1. Finding the optimal conditions for Hela cell culture and maintenance
2. Florescence imaging of HeLa cell nucleus.
3.結果と考察(Results and Discussion)
1. Found similar Growth in both petri dishes, one dish bottom was coated with Poly-D-Lysine and other one is used without coating. Hela cell can easily adhere to the bottom of culture dish.
2. Maximum growth occurred at pH range of 7.38 to 7.87
