1. Summary
1- Cell culture training covering all cell culture processes:
1- Thawing cells, passage and freezing cells.
1- Cell counting using trypan blue dye with controlling cell counts
2- Viability and cytotoxicity using CCK-8 protocol and how I can measure it at microplate reader.
3- Cell staining by DAPI
4- Cell imaging using confocal microscope
5- Raman microscope for material characterization
2. Experimental
1- Cell culture room for cell passeging
2- Microscope for cell counting
3- Microplate reader for cell viability using CCK-8 protocol.
4- Confocal microscope for cell imaging: the cell was stained using DAPI.
5- Raman microscope: determine the raman shift for some carbon doped materials.

3. Results and Discussion

G
D

This figure shows the Raman shift of Cabon doped material which represents the D and G characteristic bands of carbon with high G band intensity. The G band represent the degree of sp2 carbon chain and D the distortion of this chain.

This figure shows the Hela cell image under confocal microscope with staining using nucleolus DAPI stain.
This figure illustrates the Hela cell nucleolus and the cell membrane.

4. Others
I have appreciated the kind help of all technical staff for cell cultural training, Raman microscope and confocal microscope using and conducting discussion for all items that I proposed.
