1. Summary
Polystyrene nanoparticles can be internalized into A431 cells. This process could be effected by some factors such as dose, size, cell type… Therefore this research will be focused on the effect of EGF on cellular uptake of polystyrene nanoparticles (PS NPs) based on measurement fluorescent intensity of nanoparticles which is intracellular localized by flow cytometry method. It is also focus on determination of changes in cell cycle by PS NPs

2. Experimental
Cell analyzer SP6800 was used to anaysis cellular uptake ratio of green fluorescent labelled PS NPs. It was also used to assess changes in cell cycle under affecting of PS NPs

3. Results and Discussion
We were determined EGF enhanced cellular uptake of PS NPs by A431 cells

We were also determined PS NPs interfered to cell cycle of A431 cells. (A) control, (B) cells treated with PS NPs

4. Others
I have received helpful supports from Dr. Hattori and Ms. Morita in training to operate cell analyzer machiney.
