１．概要（Summary ）
　I intend to use the high-speed ultracentrifuge to extract the specific membrane protein for the co-assembly of photoanode substrated by photoactive semiconductor, i.e. WO3 to enhance the electron transfer efficiency in functional protein. The microscopes and other measurements are also necessary to characterize the samples.
